How The Design Alley is adapting to the current situation?

Skate Brigade works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. It may take AT LEAST 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order.

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. 

Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Where are you based?

We are based in the Windy City- Chicago, Illinois! 

Where do your products ship from?

We ship from our print partners located in the U.S.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping is estimated between:

  • 13-18 business days for USA 
  • 13-18 business days for Australia
  • 13-18 business days for the UK
  • 13-18 business days for Europe
  • 18-21 business days for the rest of the world

    Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

    Yes. If you bought a custom hoodie as well as an original one from our site, you will often receive your order in more than one parcel and on different days since we need time to design and print your order.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal,  Discover and American Express.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

    What if I want to return an item?

    Here at Skate Brigade our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

    It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

    We can refund your item in the followed situations: 

    1. The product is severely damaged when received or has quality problem within 1 year, you can request for refund or replacement.
    2. The print / engraving is not the same as you / your customers ordered.
    3. Parcels missing during the delivery.

    If any of the above has happened, please contact us at helloskatebrigade@gmail.com or through our contact us page. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.

    In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty.
